1.Evaporator leak


There are many welds on the left and right sides of the evaporator, and there may be more leaks. The main reason for the leak of the newly installed air conditioner is the poor welding technology of the employees of the air conditioner production factory. Before the copper tube was red (the temperature did not reach 600 ℃ ~ 700 ℃), the electrode was placed at the welding joint. The solder failed to fuse together, resulting in pinch welding, slag, and non-smoothness of the welded joints, leading to leakage of refrigerant.


Operation: Remove the electrical box on the right side of the indoor unit, remove the fixed pipes and clamps on the rear side of the evaporator, and remove the left and right positioning screws of the indoor evaporator. After pulling the evaporator out 5cm, rotate the evaporator 90 degrees with both hands and pull it out along the pipe. After removing the evaporator. 2. Leakage at indoor unit connection

3. Leakage of shut-off valve of outdoor unit

Then wrap 2-3 turns of raw material tape on the secondary sealing screw and put on the secondary sealing cap. 4. U-shaped pipe leakage of outdoor compressor


The leakage of U-shaped exhaust pipe of outdoor compressor is more common, the main reason is that the thickness of copper pipe is thin and the material is poor. 6. Leakage of low-pressure bypass spool


Split-type air conditioner refrigeration system replenishes refrigerant (commonly known as "fluoride"), which must be filled from the low-pressure bypass. Use a filling tube with a thimble to push the low-pressure filling valve stem open, and the R22 refrigerant gas in the refrigerant steel cylinder and the refrigerant gas in the air conditioner can be connected, and the filling can be performed.


Cause of failure: The ejector pin of the gas filling pipe is adjusted too long. After ejecting the ejector pin of the bypass valve, it cannot spring back, so that the valve core cannot be reset. 8. Piping recess leak
