Filtration treatment

Heat and moisture treatment
Heating treatment: When the ambient temperature of the workshop is low and the temperature needs to be increased, the heater in the air conditioning system will play a role. Heaters generally use hot water or steam as heat medium.
Cooling treatment: In the summer or when the workshop temperature is high, the air needs to be cooled. The cooler in the air conditioning system reduces the air temperature by absorbing heat from the evaporation of the refrigerant. For example, commonly used refrigeration working substances such as freon or new environmentally friendly refrigerants evaporate in the evaporator of the cooler, absorbing the heat of the air and reducing the air temperature. At the same time, when the air temperature is lowered below the dew point temperature, the water vapor in the air will condense into water droplets, thus achieving the effect of dehumidification.
Humidification treatment: In the case of too dry air, it is necessary to humidify. There are many ways to humidify, such as using a steam humidifier to directly inject steam into the air to increase the moisture content of the air. According to the definition of humidity and the ideal gas equation of state, it is possible to determine how much steam can be added to achieve the desired humidity. For example, in the workshop environment with low relative humidity, by controlling the valve opening of the steam humidifier and adjusting the amount of steam injected, the workshop air humidity is maintained in the appropriate range, and the relative humidity requirements of the general textile workshop are about 60%-70%.
Dehumidification treatment: In addition to cooling dehumidification, moisture absorbent dehumidification can also be used. Certain solid absorbent agents (such as silica gel) or liquid absorbent agents (such as lithium chloride solution) can absorb moisture from the air. When air flows through a device equipped with a hygroscopic agent, water is absorbed by the hygroscopic agent, thereby reducing the moisture content of the air.
