Due to the approaching low temperature weather, in order to ensure the normal operation of the industrial air conditioning system, please do the following:
1. The normal operation of industrial air-conditioning units must ensure that the power supply is not cut off, and the unit must remain energized.
2. If conditions permit, it is recommended to add antifreeze to the water system in winter to protect industrial air conditioning units.
3. If the industrial air conditioning unit does not operate for a long time in winter, the water in the water heat exchanger and pipeline must be drained.
4. If it is not possible to ensure that the water in the water heat exchanger and pipeline is exhausted, the water pump and valve can be turned on to ensure the flow rate to prevent the risk of freezing.
5. When the ambient temperature or inlet air temperature of the fresh air unit is less than or equal to 2℃, the water pump system must not stop the flow of the coil in the unit, and continuously circulate the supply of hot water not lower than 60℃, and the water flow rate must not be low At 1m/s.
