1, cut off the power to open the panel
Before cleaning the air conditioner, cut off the power supply. Then use your fingers to buckle the protrusion of the left and right panels of the air conditioner, and then open the panel to the stop position, generally about 60 degrees upward. Then use a soft cloth to clean the dust stains on the surface of the air conditioner and the visible parts after opening the panel.
2. Remove the filter for cleaning
After opening the air conditioner panel, you can see the air filter of the air conditioner. After the air conditioner is used for a long time, the filter will accumulate a lot of dust, if not cleaned, not only bad for human health, but also hinder air circulation and reduce the cooling heat effect. When taking the filter, it is generally done by lifting the knob in the middle of the air filter slightly upward, and then pulling the filter down.
When the dust accumulation of the filter is relatively small, wash with water or vacuum clean; When the ash accumulation is serious, it can be cleaned with neutral detergent.
Generally, air conditioners are equipped with filters, but not all filters can be cleaned with water. Some only need to wipe off the dust, sun exposure can; Some need to be replaced within a certain period of time, which requires the user to carefully read the relevant instructions on the manual to operate.
