In short, there are three reasons for the overflow of the compressor:
The condensing pressure of the refrigeration system is too high.
Too much refrigerant in the refrigeration system;
Compressor lack of refrigerant oil;
Let's analyze them separately:
First, the external machine heat dissipation is poor
(1) The external machine return and exhaust air short circuit: if the external machine is installed in the closed balcony, the narrow aisle, the house and other unventilated places, there are obstacles in front of the tuyere.
(2) The air volume of the external machine is small, and the heat dissipation speed is slow: if the external machine condenser is too dirty or blocked by dust and oil, the fan motor speed is slow, the fan capacitance is small, and the temperature around the external machine is high.
Second, external power supply voltage factors
The power supply voltage is low or high, both cases will cause the compressor working current is high, and the domestic voltage is low for the vast majority, especially at the peak of electricity consumption.
(1) If the power supply voltage (that is, the voltage before starting) is too low, the user should be rewired, such as the voltage is about 190V, you can consider adding a regulator, if too low, it is invalid.
(2) Check the pressure drop after the boot, under normal circumstances, the pressure drop is only ten volts, the pressure drop is too large (it is recommended that the pressure drop is more than 20V and the voltage is lower than 190V after the compressor is started), the power cable should be thickened or rewired, and the fault such as poor line contact should be eliminated.
Three, refrigeration system failure
(1) Air in the refrigeration system: If there is air in the system, the air often accumulates in the upper part of the condenser, because it can not pass through the condenser accumulator, whether there is air in the system, the system pressure can generally be used to determine the beating situation, such as there is air in the system, it should be re-evacuated fluorination treatment.
(2) Excessive fluorine: the compressor is in a state of overload for a long time, which will eventually lead to the compressor overcurrent jump. In this case, part of the fluorine should be released to the standard range (when the ambient temperature is 35 degrees, the suction pressure is about 0.5MPa).
